Kennedy Has Brain Tumor

In case you missed it over the weekend, Massachusetts Senator Ted Kennedy was hospitalized with what at first was thought to be a stroke but was later determined to be a seizure. The AP is now reporting that his seizure was caused by a malignant brain tumor.
Sen. Edward M. Kennedy has a malignant brain tumor. Doctors for the Massachusetts Democrat say tests conducted after Kennedy suffered a seizure this weekend show a tumor in his left parietal lobe. His treatment will be decided after more tests but the usual course includes combinations of radiation and chemotherapy.
Definitely not good news for the 76 year old Senator and his family.
